Quick and very easy to make breakfast!!
A good breakfast is essential to kick-start your day. I have a tasty recipe which is packed with a lot of nutritious ingredients to start your day at breakfast while helping you stay full until lunch! It can also be enjoyed as a desert. You get the crunchiness from the granola while the yoghurt gives it a smooth texture. The honey and banana give it a lovely sweetness. This recipe is quick and very easy to prepare!! This granola recipe is sweet, full of flavor and multi grain at the same time.
Prep Time: 3 Mins
1 Cup Greek Yogurt or Low-fat Yoghurt
1 Cup Granola Cereal
1 Large Banana
½ Teaspoon of Honey
Handful of Blueberries
1 Teaspoon of Flaxseed (Optional)
Place half the ingredients layering into a bowl follow with a second layer, add (blueberries or flaxseed optional) drizzle honey on top. Sit back and enjoy this recipe full of different flavours.
